"drill" is a project where we at nottuo experimentally develop and manage products, events, and store operations. The name 'drill' reflects the meanings of "repeated training" and "breaking through one's own barriers or the market." This project is designed for us to practice "just trying things out" in various business formats, to enhance the precision in delivering value through client work. We intentionally do not focus on the uniformity typical of brands concerning target demographics or scenes. Instead, we fuel our product development, event planning, and store operations with spontaneous passion, following our 'this sounds great!' moments.

Our mission is to preserve and carry forward the timeless lifestyle woven through this land, characterized by its terraced rice fields and scenery that transforms from lush spring greens to golden autumn hues. Within a radius of just one kilometer from our homes, we create and sustain landscapes we wish to pass on to future generations.

"Kashiya Me" Bakery: Produced by nottuo, this bakery is attached to our headquarters and offers baked goods. It operates as a coffee stand on Wednesdays and Saturdays (with irregular holidays). Supported by village locals for their coffee breaks and distant pastry enthusiasts, it is a beloved spot.
