We at nottuo handled the branding for ‘ROKU,’ a branding company established as a joint venture by an entrepreneur and an architect based in Takaoka City, Toyama Prefecture. Our work included developing their brand core leading up to the launch, and designing their logo, business cards, and website.
It was an experimental project for us to brand a branding company, but we at nottuo are genuinely happy to feel that we’ve ‘made friends’ in Toyama. That’s precisely why we shared all the expertise we’ve cultivated, to help build this new ‘fellowship.’
Recently, they visited our office in Nishiawakura during a trip to Western Japan. The time we spent catching up after a long while, and discussing our future prospects over beers at an izakaya in the next town, was truly enjoyable.
It was an exciting moment that made us look forward to the idea of such ‘friendships’ and collaborations growing across Japan and around the world.
