We had the honor of handling the branding for “Noue,” a new community development brand by Uenoie, a home builder based in Yonago, Tottori. Our work encompassed the naming, catchphrase, logo design, and website development.
The name “Noue” embodies the vision of going even “further beyond” (ue-no) the high standards of Uenoie, a brand that has always championed the philosophy of “one-step-above home building.”
The symbol mark was created by taking the iconic perfect circle of the Uenoie logo and lifting it upwards. While inheriting the core principles of the original brand, it represents a commitment to providing more than just a place to reside—it aims to offer a “richer way of living” through community development.
In fact, the typography of “Noué” contains two hidden design elements inherited from the original Uenoie logo. We invite you to compare the two marks and see if you can find these subtle commonalities.
Our hope is that this new brand will serve as a long-cherished symbol of a community that connects local hubs and people, fostering meaningful new relationships.
